No “98% visa success”. No “guaranteed admission”. Just honest advice, figures you can check, and a clear answer — even when that answer is “not yet”. Below: where we help, why students trust us, top destinations, scholarships, and how to start.

Why World Study (and not an over-promising agent)

Most agents sell you a dream. We give you the facts — because honesty is how we win, not a slogan.

  • No fake success rates. We will never claim a “98% visa success rate” or a “guaranteed visa”. We quote real approval odds and explain how strong documents, a genuine study plan and a clean funding story improve yours.
  • Real costs, in your currency. We show tuition, visa fees and proof-of-funds amounts in EUR/GBP and your local currency (₦, ₵, KSh) — including the costs other agents hide until you’ve paid.
  • A free core, openly funded. University selection, applications and scholarship shortlisting cost you nothing. Partner universities pay us a commission of 15–25% — the same model IDP and ApplyBoard use. We just tell you about it.
  • No hidden fees, ever. No “registration fee”, no “processing fee”, no surprise commission. The only thing you pay for is optional premium placement — quoted upfront, after we tell you the price.
  • Europe specialists. Most agents push the UK, US, Canada and Australia. We lead with affordable, often tuition-free European routes — and flag every catch.

Top study destinations in Europe

We cover seven European destinations — chosen because they offer African students real value, not just a brochure. Each hub gives honest costs, language, work rights, post-study stay and the visa catch.

Destination Why students choose it Honest catch
Germany €0 tuition at public universities; 18-month stay-back Most bachelor’s taught in German; blocked account required
Ireland English-native; 1–2 year stay-back visa Higher fees + tuition prepayment; suits well-funded students
United Kingdom World-ranked degrees; Graduate Route work visa Expensive; policy tightening (Graduate Route → 18 months from Jan 2027)
Malta All-English EU country; post-study job-search route (master’s/PhD) Schengen visa scrutiny is real — strong documents matter
Cyprus Affordable English-taught private universities Not in Schengen (national visa); bachelor’s get no stay-back
Hungary Home of the Stipendium Hungaricum scholarship Most bachelor’s in Hungarian; English-taught at private/master’s
Poland Among the cheapest first-year costs in Europe Bachelor’s often in Polish; broad English choice at master’s

Not sure which fits your budget and grades? Start with our study in Europe hub, which compares all seven side by side on cost, language, work rights and post-study stay.

Browse by your country

Your nearest embassy, your qualifications and your common refusal pitfalls all depend on where you’re applying from. We build country-specific guidance for the eight African markets we serve:

  • Nigeria — no APS needed for Germany; routes to Germany, Ireland, the UK and Malta, with costs in Naira.
  • Ghana — Germany and Ireland routes, with rigorous document vetting that matters given Ghana’s higher UK refusal rate.
  • Kenya — scholarship-led guidance and an honest case for Europe over Australia.
  • Zimbabwe — affordable Poland and Germany routes; we flag which scholarships you are (and aren’t) eligible for.

We also help students from South Africa, Zambia, Uganda and Egypt — message us and we’ll tell you honestly what’s open from where you are.

Scholarships to study in Europe

Many African students fund European study with scholarships rather than savings. The biggest fully funded options cover tuition, a monthly stipend and often housing or flights:

  • Stipendium Hungaricum (Hungary) — open to 30+ African countries (Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya and South Africa qualify; Zimbabwe and Zambia do not).
  • DAAD (Germany) — funded master’s and research scholarships.
  • Erasmus Mundus (EU-wide) — fully funded joint master’s across several countries.
  • Chevening & Commonwealth (UK) — fully funded master’s for eligible Commonwealth countries.

Browse every option, organised by destination and by your nationality, on our scholarships to study in Europe hub — with deadlines and how to apply for each.

How we work — from enquiry to enrolment

  1. Free consultation. Tell us your grades, budget and goals on WhatsApp or the eligibility check. We give you an honest read on where you can actually go.
  2. University shortlist. We match you to programs you qualify for and can afford — with real costs in your currency, not the ones that pay us most.
  3. Application & documents. We prepare and submit your applications and vet every certificate, transcript and bank statement, because weak documents are the number-one cause of refusals.
  4. Offer & funding. When your offer arrives, we help you secure scholarships or arrange proof of funds (the German blocked account, UK maintenance funds).
  5. Visa & departure. With optional premium placement, we build your visa file, prep you for the interview, and support your relocation through to enrolment.

Honest by default — what we stand for

  • Accreditation in progress. We are working toward British Council and ICEF accreditation. We’ll publish the registration the moment it’s live.
  • No hidden fees. The free core is genuinely free. Premium support is optional and quoted upfront — see our study abroad consultants page.
  • Real costs, real odds. We publish the visa-refusal figures most agents won’t, so you apply with your eyes open.
  • Named advisors, a real office. You deal with real consultants with verifiable bios — not anonymous WhatsApp-only “agents”.

Frequently asked questions

Yes. African students from across the continent study in Europe every year, often for far less than the UK, US or Canada — and sometimes for free. Public universities in Germany charge no tuition; Ireland and Malta teach in English; Hungary and Poland combine low fees with scholarships. The best route depends on your budget, grades and goals.

It ranges from €0 tuition at German public universities to roughly €2,000–€6,000/year in Poland, €5,000–€7,000 in Hungary and €10,000–€25,000+ in Ireland. The UK is the priciest, with international tuition typically around £20,000–£45,000/year (medicine far higher). Living costs and proof-of-funds requirements are extra. We show every figure in your local currency before you commit.

Yes — the core service genuinely costs you nothing. University selection, applications, scholarship shortlisting and basic document review are all funded by university commission (15–25% of first-year tuition), the same model IDP and ApplyBoard use. The only paid service is optional premium placement, and you choose it upfront with the price quoted. There are no hidden or registration fees.

We focus on eight markets: Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, Zimbabwe, South Africa, Zambia, Uganda and Egypt. Each has country-specific guidance covering your local qualifications, nearest embassy and common refusal pitfalls. If you're elsewhere in Africa, message us and we'll tell you honestly what's open from where you are.

Often, yes. Fully funded options include Stipendium Hungaricum (open to 30+ African countries), DAAD (Germany), Erasmus Mundus (EU-wide) and, for the UK, Chevening and Commonwealth. Eligibility varies by country — for example, Zimbabwe and Zambia are not eligible for Stipendium Hungaricum. We shortlist the funded options you genuinely qualify for, free.

No — and you should distrust any agent who does. There is no such thing as a "guaranteed visa" or a "98% success rate". What we do is improve your real odds: rigorous document vetting, a genuine study plan, a clean funding story and honest interview prep. We quote the actual refusal rates so you apply with your eyes open.
