About World Study Africa: Honest Study Abroad Advice
World Study Africa is an honest study-abroad advisory: we help students in nine African countries apply to twelve destinations in Europe and Türkiye, and our core service is free because universities pay us a commission when you enrol. We quote costs the way institutions bill them, in euros, pounds and lira. The catch: commission is why you should test every recommendation we make.
The problem we exist to fix
Most students meet the same thing before they meet us. Someone in your messages promises guaranteed admission, a guaranteed scholarship or a guaranteed visa, asks for a large cash fee to a personal account, and says the slots close this week. Then one of two things happens. They disappear with the money, or they file forged bank statements and an offer letter in your name, the visa is refused for deception, and you carry the ban while they carry nothing.
The lie always has the same shape: a promise where there should be a process. No agent controls an embassy or an admissions committee. A decision rests on your documents, your funds and whether the officer believes you are a genuine student — never on anyone’s connections. Fraud is the loud version of the problem. The quiet version is the fee that appears after you have committed: a “registration” charge, a “processing” charge, a price that was never written down. How we’re different from other agents
The difference is the business model, not a slogan. Partner universities pay us a commission when you enrol. We gain nothing by sending you to a country where you will be refused a visa, or onto a course you cannot fund to the end of.

Costs quoted the way you will be billed. Tuition in the institution’s own currency, living costs by city, the visa fee, the insurance and the proof-of-funds figure the embassy actually checks. Refusal rates, not guarantees. We tell you what applicants from your country face at that embassy, and what makes a file stronger: genuine funds held long enough, a course that follows your last qualification, a sponsor who can be traced.

Document vetting before submission. Every certificate, transcript and bank statement is checked before it goes anywhere, and offers are confirmed with the university directly. Nothing unverified reaches an admissions office or a visa centre.

One accreditation, named and checkable. We hold ICEF Agency Status, IAS ID 6093, listed on the ICEF IAS Directory. British Council recognition is still in progress, and we will claim it only when it appears on that register.

Who we serve
We do one corridor properly rather than claiming the world. Nine origin countries: Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, Egypt, South Africa, Uganda, Zambia, Zimbabwe and Morocco. Twelve destinations: Germany, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Malta, Cyprus, Hungary, Poland, Türkiye, Spain, France, Italy and Austria.
That list is deliberate. Each of those embassies has its own habits, each destination its own qualification rules, and we would rather know twelve of them in detail than name fifty. Students usually arrive with one country in mind and leave with a shortlist of three, because the cost gap between them is wide — you can see it on our cheapest countries in Europe to study comparison.
If your country or your target destination is not on these lists, ask anyway, and we will tell you plainly whether we can do the job well. “Not this country” and “not yet” are answers we are willing to give.

Who we are
We are not an anonymous account that vanishes when a case gets difficult. Every student is assigned a named consultant who owns the file from shortlist to visa decision; ask who yours is, and hold them to it.
We work remotely across Africa and Europe, so most contact is by WhatsApp, email and video call. There is no walk-in office, and we say so rather than photographing someone else’s.
Our accreditation is ICEF Agency Status, IAS ID 6093, verifiable on the ICEF IAS Directory. British Council recognition is in progress. We name a body only once it is confirmed on that body’s own public register.

What working with us looks like
The first conversation is a diagnosis rather than a pitch. You tell us your grades, your budget and where you want to go, and we tell you which of the three has to move. Usually it is the destination, because the cost gap across twelve countries is wide enough that the same budget buys a different answer in each.
After that the work is unglamorous and mostly documentary. We build a shortlist you can get into and afford, check your qualifications against each destination’s entry rules, then read your paperwork properly — transcripts, certificates, bank statements, sponsor letters, translations — before any of it is submitted. Most refusals are decided at this stage rather than at an interview, which is where most of our time goes.
You will hear “no” from us more often than you expect: no to a course that does not follow your last qualification, no to funds that cannot be evidenced, no to a destination whose embassy is refusing most applicants from your country this year. Those answers are cheaper in month one than in month nine.
What we don't do

We do not sell guaranteed admission, guaranteed scholarships or guaranteed visas. No agent can promise any of the three, and anyone who does is either lying or planning to forge something.

We do not write, arrange or “improve” documents. No edited statements, no inflated sponsor income, no experience letters for jobs you did not hold.

We tell you, and we tell you why — grades, funds, a gap since your last qualification, or a language requirement. Often the answer is a different destination or a foundation route rather than no route, and sometimes it is to wait a year and apply with stronger funds. We would rather lose the case than send a file that will be refused.
Now, because deadlines differ by destination and some sit a full year before the start date. Language tests, document attestation and the months of bank history embassies want are the slow parts, not the application form. Each destination page carries its own dates; we will not publish a single deadline here, because there is no single deadline.
Partner universities pay a commission when an admitted student enrols, which is standard in international recruitment and is disclosed here rather than hidden. That is also why you should test us: ask why a university is on your shortlist, ask what it costs in total, and ask what happens to the recommendation if you choose a different one.
