What the eligibility check covers

The check looks at the four things that actually decide where you can study and what you can afford:

  • Your country — your nationality changes everything: which embassies you apply through, which scholarships are open to you, and which visa rules and refusal patterns apply. A route that works from Nigeria may differ for a student from Kenya or Zimbabwe.
  • Your qualifications — your WAEC/NECO, KCSE, matric or degree results, and whether you may need a foundation year or a German Studienkolleg (a one-year university-preparation course).
  • Your budget — what you can realistically fund for tuition, living costs and proof of funds (like Germany’s blocked account or Ireland’s funds requirement). We match you to what fits, not what pays us most.
  • Your English level — whether you already meet university requirements, can use a Medium of Instruction letter, or still need IELTS or an accepted alternative.

From those answers we map you to which European destinations and scholarships you qualify for — for example, tuition-free public universities in Germany, English-taught options in Ireland or Malta, or funded routes like Stipendium Hungaricum. The questions we’ll ask

Here’s the full preview so there are no surprises. Seven questions, plain answers, about two minutes:

  1. Which country are you applying from? (e.g. Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, Zimbabwe, South Africa.)
  2. What is your highest qualification so far? (Secondary-school certificate, bachelor’s degree, etc.)
  3. What level do you want to study? (Bachelor’s, master’s or PhD.)
  4. What’s your rough budget per year? (For tuition plus living costs — pick a band.)
  5. Are you mainly looking for a scholarship, or can you self-fund if it’s affordable?
  6. What’s your English level? (Already tested, English-taught prior study, or not yet tested.)
  7. When do you want to start, and what’s your WhatsApp number? (So we can send your shortlist.)

That’s it. We don’t ask for documents, payment details or anything sensitive at this stage.

What you get back

When you finish, you’ll receive a personalised shortlist on WhatsApp, usually within one working day. It typically includes:

  • 2–4 European destinations that match your profile, with the honest trade-offs of each.
  • Scholarships you may qualify for, with the next deadline to watch.
  • A realistic cost picture — tuition, living costs and proof of funds in a band you can plan around.
  • Your likely next step — and, when it’s the honest answer, what you’d need to fix before applying.

A real advisor reviews your answers — this isn’t an automated “you’re approved” message. If you decide to go further, your free university applications and shortlisting carry on from there. See exactly how that works on our how we work page.

Why the check is free

The eligibility check is free for the same reason our core service is: partner universities pay us a commission when a student enrols. That funds your free shortlist, applications and scholarship help. You only pay if you later choose optional premium visa-and-relocation support, which is openly priced.

There is no “registration fee” and no catch. We’re only paid when you actually enrol and start your course — so we have no reason to push you toward a place you can’t get into or can’t afford. More on the model on our services page.

An honest note: a check is guidance, not a guarantee

We want you to trust this, so we’ll be straight: an eligibility check is guidance based on what you tell us — it is not an admission offer or a visa guarantee. No honest agent can promise a visa, and we never claim “guaranteed visa” or “98% success”.

Your final result depends on your verified documents, a genuine study and funding plan, and each embassy’s decision. What the check does is point you at the routes worth pursuing and warn you off the ones that aren’t — so you don’t waste money on application and visa fees for a country where you’d likely be refused. Accuracy and honesty are the whole point.

No. The check is guidance based on what you tell us — it is not an admission offer or a visa guarantee. Your final result depends on your verified documents, a genuine funding plan and each embassy's decision. We never promise a "guaranteed visa". The check simply shows you which routes are worth pursuing.

Just rough details: the country you're applying from, your highest qualification, the study level you want, an approximate yearly budget, whether you need a scholarship, your English level, and your WhatsApp number. You don't need certificates, transcripts or bank statements yet — those come later, only if you decide to apply.
