Contact World Study Africa
The fastest way to contact World Study Africa is WhatsApp — message us and a named advisor replies, usually within one working day. You can also email us or use the form below. There's no cost and no obligation to ask a question, and we'll give you an honest answer — including when the answer is "not yet" or "not this country".
Below: how to reach us, which countries we serve, what to put in your first message so we can help fast, and where we work.
How to reach us
Pick whatever’s easiest. We answer in plain English, in your time zone where we can.
- WhatsApp (fastest) — tap the button to message us. Best for quick questions, document checks and back-and-forth. Message World Study Africa on WhatsApp
- Email — write to hello@world-study.africa. Best for longer questions or sending documents.
- Contact form — fill in the short form below and we’ll reply by email or WhatsApp, whichever you prefer.
[CONTACT-FORM PLACEHOLDER — embed the form here. Suggested fields: Name · Country you’re in · Email · WhatsApp number · Where you want to study · Your message. Keep it short; mobile users abandon long forms.]
No cost, no pressure. Asking us a question costs you nothing. Our core service — choosing universities, applying and getting your offer — is free, funded by university commission, so we have no reason to push you somewhere you can’t get a visa. See exactly how that works on our how we work page.
How fast we reply
We aim to reply to every WhatsApp and email within one working day, Monday to Friday. We would rather make a promise we can keep than an inflated one — a missed response-time claim breaks trust faster than no claim at all.
- WhatsApp: usually the same working day.
- Email: within one working day.
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00 (WAT/EAT).
If you don’t hear back, message us again — occasionally a message slips through, and we’d rather you nudge us than wait.
Which countries we serve
We focus on one corridor and know it deeply: African students going to Europe. If you’re in one of these countries and want to study in one of these destinations, you’re in the right place.
Eight origin countries we help students from: Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, Zimbabwe, South Africa, Zambia, Uganda and Egypt.
Seven European destinations we cover: Germany, Ireland, the United Kingdom, Malta, Cyprus, Hungary and Poland.
If your country or target destination isn’t on these lists, you’re welcome to ask anyway — but we’ll be honest if it’s outside what we currently do well. To see the full breakdown of what we offer, visit our services page.
What to include in your first message
The more you tell us up front, the faster and more useful our first reply will be. If you can, include:
- Which country you’re in (so we know your embassy, qualifications and currency).
- Where you want to study — a country, a course, or “not sure yet, help me choose”.
- Your study level — bachelor’s, master’s or PhD.
- Your latest qualification and grades (e.g. WAEC/NECO, a diploma, a degree with your CGPA or class).
- Your budget or funding plan — self-funded, looking for a scholarship, or sponsored.
- Your English test status — IELTS/TOEFL taken, booked, or none yet.
- Your timeline — which intake you’re aiming for.
Don’t worry if you don’t have all of this. Even “I’m in Kenya, I want a funded master’s in Germany, here are my grades” is enough for us to point you in the right direction.
A faster way to get an answer
If you’d rather not type all that, take the free 2-minute eligibility check instead. Answer a few questions and we’ll show you which universities and scholarships you’re likely to qualify for — then we follow up with the specifics.

It’s the quickest honest answer to “do I have a real shot?” — no cost, no obligation.
Where we work
We are remote-first, serving students across Africa and Europe — so most contact is by WhatsApp, email and video call rather than in person.
- Office(s) / locations: remote-first; no walk-in office.
- Email: hello@world-study.africa
- WhatsApp: use the WhatsApp button above to start a conversation.
We are deliberately not an anonymous, WhatsApp-only “agent” — every student deals with a named consultant. Read more about the people behind World Study Africa on our about page.

Yes. Asking questions and our core service — choosing universities, applying and getting your offer — cost you nothing, because partner universities pay us a commission when you enrol. The only paid services are optional, such as premium visa and relocation support, and you choose those upfront with the price quoted.
We help students from eight African countries — Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, Zimbabwe, South Africa, Zambia, Uganda and Egypt — apply to seven European destinations: Germany, Ireland, the UK, Malta, Cyprus, Hungary and Poland. If your country isn't listed, you can still ask, and we'll be honest about whether we can help.
Tell us which country you're in, where (or what) you want to study, your study level, your latest qualification and grades, your budget or funding plan, your English-test status and your target intake. Even a one-line summary is enough to get a useful first reply.
We work remotely and serve students across Africa and Europe, so most contact is by WhatsApp, email and video call. That keeps our costs down and our help fast, wherever you are.
