Why this page is (mostly) empty — on purpose

We would rather show you an honest, near-empty reviews page than a fake full one.

World Study is a new agency. Plenty of competitors launch with a wall of glowing “5-star” testimonials, stock-photo faces and a “98% visa success” badge on day one. Those are almost always invented — and if an agency will fabricate reviews, it will fabricate your visa odds too.

So our rule is simple: we publish a student review only when the student is real, the outcome is real, and they have given written consent. As students complete their journeys with us, their verified stories will appear in the section below. Until then, this page exists to show you how we will keep it honest — which, for a new agency, is the most useful thing we can prove.

How we verify every World Study Africa review

Every review we publish passes the same four checks before it goes live. Nothing reaches this page on trust alone.

1. Real, identifiable student. The reviewer must be a student we actually worked with, with a file we can match to our records — not an anonymous form submission. We confirm identity directly with them.
2. Real, verifiable outcome. If a review mentions an offer letter, a scholarship or a visa approval, we hold a copy of that document (with the student’s permission) before we quote the outcome. We never describe a result we cannot evidence.
3. Written consent. The student approves the exact wording, the name format they want shown (full name, first name, or initials), and whether a photo is used. They can withdraw consent and have the review removed at any time.
4. No edits that change meaning. We may fix a typo or trim for length, but we never rewrite a review to sound more positive, and we never add words the student did not say.

We also publish reviews that are mixed or critical, not only the glowing ones. A reviews page with zero criticism is a warning sign — real students always have at least one “I wish this had been faster” note, and you deserve to read it.

Each verified review will follow the same honest structure, so you can judge it for yourself:

Where else you can check us

Honest reviews shouldn’t live only on our own website — anyone can control their own page. As students leave them, we’ll point here to independent platforms (for example Google Business Profile or other third-party review sites) so you can read feedback we don’t host ourselves.

Meanwhile, the strongest proof of an honest agency isn’t its testimonials — it’s whether it tells you the truth before you’ve paid anything. Test us: ask for the real visa-refusal rate for your country, and see if we give you a number instead of a promise. That’s what our study abroad consultants do on every first call.

Our policy against fake reviews

This is a trust differentiator, so we’ll state it plainly.

• We never write our own reviews. No staff member, contractor or “marketing” account will ever post a review pretending to be a student.
• We never buy reviews or trade gifts, discounts or services for a rating.
• We never invent names, faces or star ratings. Any photo is a real, consenting student, or it is clearly labelled as a stock illustration.
• We never delete honest criticism. We respond to it. The only reviews we remove are ones the student themselves asks us to take down.

If you ever see a review on this site you suspect isn’t genuine, tell us — we’ll investigate and remove anything that can’t be verified.

How to leave a World Study Africa review

If we’ve helped you, an honest review — good or bad — helps the next student decide. Here’s how to leave one:

1. Message us on WhatsApp or email with your review and the outcome you’d like to mention.
2. Tell us how you want to be shown — full name, first name only, or initials — and whether you’re happy to include a photo.
3. Let us verify the outcome (offer, scholarship or visa) against your file, with your permission.
4. Approve the final wording. Nothing goes live until you’ve seen exactly how it will appear, and you can ask us to change or remove it any time.

You’re under no obligation to leave a review, and we’d rather have an honest critical one than none at all.
