What Premium Placement is

Premium Placement is the hands-on, paid stage for the hardest part of studying abroad: getting from an offer letter to actually landing in Europe. Our free core gets you the offer; Premium Placement gets your study abroad visa support done properly, document by document.

It covers four things students get wrong when they go it alone:

• Visa application — we build and check your full visa file for your destination (the German blocked-account file, the UK CAS-and-IHS file, Malta’s two-stage funds), and prepare you for the credibility / student-visa interview.
• Proof-of-funds preparation — we get your funding evidence right the first time, because weak or wrongly-formatted funds are a top cause of refusals. See our proof of funds guide for what each country demands.
• Relocation & accommodation support — help finding student housing, registering on arrival, and the practical setup that decides whether your first month works or falls apart.
• Pre-departure — a clear checklist, travel and arrival prep, and someone to call when something goes wrong before you fly.

It’s optional. Many students complete their whole application on the free core and never buy it. You add Premium Placement only when you want the visa stage handled by people who do it every week.

What’s included vs the free core

Here’s the honest split. The free core (Tier 1) takes you all the way to an offer letter at no cost. Premium Placement (Tier 2) is the paid visa-and-relocation stage on top.

The free core is funded by a university commission of 15–25% of first-year tuition — the same model IDP and ApplyBoard use. You can take your application all the way to an offer without paying us a cent. See the full tier table on our pricing page and the end-to-end process on how we work.

Why the price is a band, not one number

Premium Placement is €945–€2,100 because a visa file is not the same in every country.

A German student visa needs a blocked account of around €11,904 and a tight credential file. A UK file needs a CAS, the Immigration Health Surcharge, 28-day maintenance funds, and a TB test. Malta runs a two-stage funds check; Cyprus is non-Schengen with strict medicals. Each destination is a different amount of work, so the price reflects your destination and complexity — and we quote your exact figure in writing, in EUR and your local currency (₦ Naira, ₵ Cedi, KSh Shilling), before you agree to anything.

There is never a registration fee, a processing fee, or a surprise commission charged to you. The only money you pay is this Tier 2 fee, by choice.

Who Premium Placement is for

It’s built for the highest-stakes profiles — the students for whom a refusal is expensive in time, money and emotion:

• The Visa-Worrier — you have an offer and you’re terrified of refusal. This is the tier that gives you a vetted file and interview coaching.
• The Anxious Parent — you’re funding it and you want the visa stage handled by named advisors, not an anonymous WhatsApp account.
• The Self-Funded Aspirant — you can pay if it’s worth it, and you’d rather invest in getting the funds evidence and relocation right than risk a cheap mistake.
• First-time movers to a tough corridor — Germany’s blocked account, a UK CAS file, Malta’s two-stage funds: anyone facing an unfamiliar, paperwork-heavy process.

If your case is simple and your documents are already clean, we’ll tell you so — and you may not need it. That honesty is the point.

Our honesty stance: we improve your odds, we don’t guarantee a visa

We have to be blunt here, because this is where dishonest agents lie.

We do not, and cannot, guarantee a visa. No agent can. The decision belongs entirely to the embassy or consulate. Any agency promising a “guaranteed visa,” “98% success” or “100% approval” is either lying or about to take your money for a refusal they don’t control.

What Premium Placement actually does is improve your odds the only honest way: a rigorously vetted document file, correctly-prepared proof of funds, a genuine study plan, and interview coaching so you can tell your real story clearly. Most refusals come from avoidable document and funding errors — and that’s exactly what this tier removes.

Your refund terms are set out in writing in your service agreement before you pay. A refused visa is not an automatic refund of work already completed — but we’ll tell you, upfront, exactly what your fee covers and what it doesn’t. No fine print. Our pricing page sets out the same stance in full.

How to start

You only add Premium Placement once you have (or are close to) a university offer through our free core.

2. Get a written quote. We confirm your exact price within the €945–€2,100 band, in EUR and your local currency, plus what’s included for your specific corridor.
3. You decide. No pressure, no obligation. If you proceed, we start building your visa file; if not, your free core support continues unchanged.
