Premium Placement: Study Abroad Visa Support
Premium Placement is our optional paid tier, €945–€2,100, covering the full visa file, proof-of-funds preparation, interview coaching, accommodation and pre-departure support. You add it after an offer, which the free core — funded by a university commission of 15–25% of first-year tuition — gets you at no cost. The catch: no agent can guarantee a visa.
What is Premium Placement?
Premium Placement is the paid stage that covers the gap between an offer letter and an arrival: the visa file. The free core takes you to the offer. Premium Placement handles the documents an embassy actually decides on.
It covers the four things students most often get wrong alone:

The visa file, built and checked document by document for your destination — the German blocked-account file, the UK CAS and health-surcharge file, Malta’s two-stage funds check — plus preparation for the credibility interview.

Proof of funds: funding evidence in the right format, held for the length of time the consulate asks for, because wrongly-prepared funds are a common cause of refusal. The country-by-country rules sit in our proof of funds guide.

Accommodation and relocation: finding student housing, registering on arrival, and the practical setup that decides whether your first month works.

Pre-departure: a checklist, travel and arrival preparation, and a named advisor to call when something goes wrong before you fly.
It is optional. Many students finish their whole application on the free core and never buy it.
What’s included, and what stays free
The free core (Tier 1) costs you nothing and covers:
- University selection and shortlisting.
- Applications, including the uni-assist credential check for Germany.
- Scholarship shortlisting.
- A first-pass review of transcripts, certificates and bank statements.
Premium Placement (Tier 2), at €945–€2,100, adds:
- The full visa file, built and checked document by document.
- Proof-of-funds preparation: blocked account, maintenance funds, two-stage funds.
- Interview and credibility-test coaching.
- Accommodation and relocation support.
- A pre-departure checklist and arrival support.
The free core is funded by a university commission of 15–25% of first-year tuition — the same model IDP and ApplyBoard use — so you can go from first conversation to offer letter without paying us anything. The full tier table is on our pricing page, and the order of the work on how we work.
Why the price is a band, not one number
€945–€2,100 is a range because a visa file is not the same work in every country. A German student visa needs a blocked account and a tight credential file. A UK student visa needs a CAS, the Immigration Health Surcharge, maintenance funds held for a set period and a TB test. Malta runs a two-stage funds check; Cyprus sits outside Schengen with its own medical rules.
You get your exact figure in writing, in euros, with the scope beside it, before you agree to anything. There is no registration fee, no processing fee and no commission charged to you.
Who Premium Placement is for

Why we don’t guarantee a visa
We cannot guarantee a visa, and neither can any agent. The decision belongs to the embassy or consulate and to nobody else. An agency promising a guaranteed visa, “98% success” or 100% approval is either lying or preparing to keep your money after a refusal it never controlled; the warning signs are on our how to spot a fake agent page.
What this tier does is improve your odds the only honest way: a document file checked line by line, funds prepared in the format the consulate expects, a study plan that follows your last qualification, and coaching so you can tell your real story clearly. Most refusals come from avoidable document and funding errors, and that is the part we can control.
Refund terms are written into your service agreement before you pay. A refusal does not automatically refund work already completed, and you read that beforehand rather than afterwards in fine print.
How to start
You add Premium Placement once you have an offer, or are close to one, through the free core.
- Talk to an advisor. Tell us your destination, your offer status and how the course is funded.
- Get a written quote. We confirm your exact price within the €945–€2,100 band, in euros, with what it covers for your corridor.
- Decide. If you go ahead, we start building the visa file. If not, your free core support continues unchanged.

What we need from you, and when
Premium Placement is a joint effort on a timetable, and the timetable is set by the embassy rather than by us. Three things drive it.
Documents first. Certificates, transcripts, passport and translations need to exist in final form before the file is assembled, not during. Anything missing at this point is the commonest reason a start date slips by a semester.
Funds second, and early. Every destination sets both an amount and a period: the money has to sit in the right instrument, in the right name, for the required length of time before the appointment. A balance that appears the week before the interview reads as borrowed, whatever its size.
Your own account of the plan third. We prepare you for the questions, but the answers have to be yours — why this course, why this country, what you intend to do afterwards. Coached answers you cannot defend in your own words do more harm than none at all.
Book the appointment as soon as the file is ready rather than when the course starts, because processing time is the part of this that nobody controls.
What we don't do

We do not sell guaranteed admission, guaranteed scholarships or guaranteed visas. None of the three is ours to promise.

We do not write, arrange or “improve” documents. No edited bank statements, no inflated sponsor income, no letters for jobs you did not hold. Deception gets a file refused and can bar you for years.

We do not charge for the core service and we do not add a fee later. Premium Placement is priced in writing before you decide, and there is no registration or processing fee at any stage.

We do not push the university that pays the most, and we do not sell Premium Placement to a student whose file does not need it.

The slow parts of a visa file are the ones with waiting time built in: bank history held long enough, a blocked account opened and funded, document attestation, appointment slots. Starting at the offer stage leaves room for those; starting weeks before travel does not.
We say so. If your documents are clean, your funds are straightforward and your corridor is an easy one, the free core may take you all the way, and we would rather tell you that than sell you a tier. If you do not qualify for your target destination at all, we explain why and what route would work instead.
