Study Abroad Consultants for African Students

We're study abroad consultants for African students — and our core service is free. Choosing universities, building your application and getting your offer letter costs you nothing, because universities pay us a commission. You only pay for optional premium visa-and-relocation support, openly priced from €945. No inflated promises, no fake "98% visa success" — just real costs and honest odds.

Below: exactly what we do, what’s free versus paid, the seven European destinations we cover, how we work in five steps, and why students from Lagos to Nairobi trust us.

What we do

We help African students get into universities in Europe and the UK — and we do it honestly. Our consultants handle the parts that go wrong when students apply alone:

  • University selection — we match you to programs you can actually get into and afford, not the ones that pay us most.
  • Applications — we prepare and submit your university applications, including the uni-assist credential check for Germany.
  • Scholarship shortlisting — we find the funded options you genuinely qualify for (DAAD, Stipendium Hungaricum, Erasmus Mundus, Chevening and more).
  • Document vetting — we check every certificate, transcript and bank statement before it’s submitted, because weak documents are the number-one cause of visa refusals.
  • Visa file and interview prep — we build a clean visa file and prepare you for the credibility interview.

We are Europe specialists. Most agents push the UK, US, Canada and Australia. We lead with affordable, often tuition-free European options — and we tell you the truth about each one, including the visa-refusal odds nobody else publishes.

Free vs paid — full transparency

Here’s the part other agencies hide. We publish exactly what costs nothing and what doesn’t.

Service Price Who pays
University selection & shortlisting Free Funded by university commission (15–25%)
University applications (incl. uni-assist) Free Funded by university commission
Scholarship shortlisting Free Funded by university commission
Basic document review Free Funded by university commission
Premium Placement (full visa file, interview coaching, relocation support) €945–€2,100 You — optional
Scholarship-application add-on (essays, references, full application build) Add-on fee You — optional

How the free core is funded. When you enrol at a partner university, that university pays us a commission of 15–25% of the first-year tuition. That’s a standard, regulated arrangement across the industry — it’s how IDP, ApplyBoard and most agencies operate. The difference is we tell you about it. It also means we have no incentive to send you somewhere you can’t get a visa, because we’re only paid when you actually enrol and start.

Our no-hidden-fees pledge. You will never be charged a “registration fee”, a “processing fee” or a surprise commission. The free services above are free, full stop. The only things you pay for are Premium Placement and the scholarship add-on — and you choose those, after we’ve quoted the exact price. See the full breakdown on our pricing page.

Countries we cover

We specialise in seven European destinations — the affordable, high-value routes African students are increasingly choosing over the UK, US, Canada and Australia:

  • Germany — tuition-free public universities; you pay only a ~€250–350 semester fee. No APS required for Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya or South Africa.
  • Ireland — fully English-speaking, with a 1–2 year stay-back visa after graduation.
  • United Kingdom — world-ranked degrees, shorter courses and the Graduate Route work visa.
  • Malta — an all-English EU country and the fastest-rising destination for Nigerian students.
  • Cyprus — affordable English-taught degrees (note: not in Schengen; a national visa applies).
  • Hungary — home of the Stipendium Hungaricum scholarship, open to 30+ African countries.
  • Poland — among the cheapest first-year costs in Europe, with growing English-taught options.

We’ll tell you honestly which of these fits your budget, grades and goals — and which doesn’t. Start with our study in Germany guide if affordability is your priority.

How we work — 5 steps from enquiry to enrolment

  1. Free consultation. Tell us your grades, budget and goals on WhatsApp or the eligibility check. We give you an honest read on where you can actually go.
  2. University shortlist. We match you to 4–6 programs you qualify for and can afford, with real costs in your currency.
  3. Application & documents. We prepare and submit your applications, run the uni-assist credential check where needed, and vet every document.
  4. Offer & funding. When your offer arrives, we help you secure scholarships or arrange proof of funds (the blocked account for Germany, maintenance funds for the UK).
  5. Visa & departure. With Premium Placement, we build your visa file, prep you for the interview, and support your relocation through to enrolment.

Why students trust us

  • Honesty is the brand. We never claim “guaranteed visa” or “98% success”. We quote real approval rates and explain how we improve your odds — strong documents, a genuine study plan, a clean funding story.
  • Accreditation. We are working toward British Council and ICEF accreditation (in progress); see our accreditation page for current status.
  • Rigorous document vetting. Most visa refusals come from avoidable document errors. We check every file before it’s submitted — that’s a feature, not an upsell.
  • A real office and real advisors. No anonymous WhatsApp-only “agents”. You deal with named consultants with verifiable bios.
  • We’re paid on enrolment, not promises. Because our commission only pays out when you actually start your course, our interests are aligned with yours.

Our consultants by country

We have country-specific consultants who know your local qualifications, your nearest embassy and your common refusal pitfalls:

  • Kenya — Nairobi-based consultants for Kenyan students; scholarship-led guidance and an honest case for Europe over Australia. See education consultants in Kenya.
  • Ghana — consultants for Accra and Kumasi, with rigorous vetting that matters given Ghana’s high UK refusal rate. See education consultants in Ghana.

Consultant pages for Nigeria and Zimbabwe are part of the same network.

Yes — the core service genuinely costs you nothing. University selection, applications, scholarship shortlisting and basic document review are all funded by university commission, the same model IDP and ApplyBoard use. The only paid services are Premium Placement (€945–€2,100) and the scholarship add-on, and you choose those upfront with the price quoted.
