Study Abroad Consultants for African Students

Our core service is free: choosing universities, preparing applications and getting your offer letter costs you nothing, because partner universities pay us a commission of 15–25% of first-year tuition. You pay only for optional Premium Placement, quoted in writing at €945–€2,100. We cover twelve destinations. We cannot promise a visa, and we do not sell guaranteed admission.

What do our consultants actually do?

We handle the parts of an application that go wrong when students work alone.

  • University selection: programmes you can get into and can fund to the end, not the ones paying us most.

  • Applications: prepared and submitted, including the uni-assist credential check for Germany.

  • Scholarship shortlisting: the funded routes you genuinely qualify for, such as DAAD, Stipendium Hungaricum, Erasmus Mundus and Chevening.

  • Document vetting: every certificate, transcript and bank statement checked before submission, because documents are where avoidable refusals start.

  • Visa file and interview preparation: a clean file for your destination and practice for the credibility interview.

We are European specialists: most agents push the UK, the US, Canada and Australia, while we lead with the cheaper European routes and the refusal odds attached to them.

What is free and what do you pay for?

Free, funded by a university commission of 15–25% of first-year tuition: university selection and shortlisting; applications, including uni-assist for Germany; scholarship shortlisting; and a first-pass review of transcripts, certificates and bank statements.

Paid and optional: Premium Placement at €945–€2,100, covering the full visa file, proof-of-funds preparation, interview coaching and relocation support. A scholarship-application add-on, for essays and references, is quoted separately.

Commission is standard in international recruitment — IDP and ApplyBoard work the same way — and it pays out only when you enrol and start, so we gain nothing by sending you somewhere you will be refused.

You will never be charged a registration fee, a processing fee or a surprise commission, and any paid work is priced in writing before you agree. The tier-by-tier breakdown is on our pricing page.

Which countries do you cover?

Twelve destinations: Germany, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Malta, Cyprus, Hungary, Poland, Türkiye, Spain, France, Italy and Austria. Nine origin countries: Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, Egypt, South Africa, Uganda, Zambia, Zimbabwe and Morocco.

That list is deliberate: each embassy has its own habits and each destination its own rules, and we would rather know twelve well than name fifty. Germany is the affordability anchor — public universities charge no tuition, you pay a semester fee of €250–350, and as of September 2026 no APS certificate is required for Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya or South Africa. Ireland and Malta teach in English; Cyprus sits outside Schengen with its own national visa; Hungary hosts Stipendium Hungaricum.

We tell you which of the twelve fits your grades, budget and visa profile, and which does not. Start with our study in Germany guide if cost decides it.

How we work — five steps from enquiry to enrolment

  1. Free consultation. Tell us your grades, budget and goals on WhatsApp or through the eligibility check, and you get an honest read on where you can go.

  2. Shortlist. We match you to four to six programmes you qualify for and can afford, with the full cost in the currency the institution bills.

  3. Application and documents. We prepare and submit the applications, run uni-assist where needed, and vet every document before it leaves.

  4. Offer and funding. When the offer arrives we work on scholarships and the funding evidence your destination wants; the proof of funds rules differ by country.

  5. Visa and departure. With Premium Placement we build the visa file, prepare you for the interview and support the move through to enrolment.

Nothing moves to the next step until the documents behind it are checked. The order of the work is on our how we work page.

Why students trust us

  • Honesty is the product. We quote the real odds rather than a guaranteed visa, and explain what improves them: genuine funds held long enough, a course that follows your last qualification, a traceable sponsor.

  • One accreditation, named and checkable: ICEF Agency Status, IAS ID 6093, on the ICEF IAS Directory. British Council recognition is in progress; we will claim it only when it appears on that register.

  • Vetting before submission. Every file is checked before it reaches an admissions office or a visa centre.

  • Named advisors. Each student gets a consultant who owns the file from shortlist to decision; there is no walk-in office, so contact is by WhatsApp, email and video call.

  • Paid on enrolment, so a bad fit costs us too.

Ask any agent, us included, for the fee and the odds in writing before you pay. The warning signs are on our how to spot a fake agent page.

Our consultants by country

Each origin country has consultants who know your local qualifications, your nearest embassy and the refusals that come up there. For Kenya, Nairobi-based and scholarship-led, with an honest case for Europe over Australia: see education consultants in Kenya. For Ghana, Accra and Kumasi, with the vetting Ghana’s UK refusal rate demands: see education consultants in Ghana. Nigeria, Egypt, South Africa, Uganda, Zambia, Zimbabwe and Morocco are part of the same network.

Talking to us costs nothing and commits you to nothing. Tell us where you are, what you studied and what you can fund, and you get a straight answer — including “not yet” or “not this country” when that is the honest one.

What we need from you

The work moves only as fast as the paperwork you can produce, so it helps to know what is coming. Your school certificates and transcripts, in the original language plus a translation where one is needed. Degree transcripts and the class awarded, if you are applying at master’s level. Passport details, and enough validity left on the passport for the course. Proof of funds in a form the destination accepts, held for as long as it requires — which is a rule about time, not only about the amount.

Then two things we cannot supply for you: a course you can explain in your own words, and money that is genuinely yours or genuinely your sponsor’s. An officer is testing whether you are a real student with real funds, and the file has to read that way without us in the room.

If something on that list does not exist yet, say so early. A missing certificate found in month one is an administrative task; the same gap found the week before a visa appointment is a lost intake.

Our services

Frequently asked questions

Our core service costs you nothing: choosing universities, preparing and submitting applications, shortlisting scholarships and reviewing your documents. Partner universities pay us a commission of 15–25% of first-year tuition when you enrol. The only paid service is optional Premium Placement at €945–€2,100, plus a scholarship-application add-on if you want one. There is no registration or processing fee.

Yes, the core service genuinely costs you nothing, and it is free because someone else pays: the university, on enrolment. That is the same model IDP and ApplyBoard use, disclosed here rather than hidden. Asking us a question costs nothing. You pay only if you choose Premium Placement or the scholarship add-on, and you see the price first.

No, and no agent can. Admissions committees and embassies decide, using your grades, your documents and your funds. Any agency selling a guaranteed place or a high approval percentage is either lying or intending to submit forged papers in your name, which gets the visa refused for deception and can bar you for years. We give you the real odds instead.

Twelve destinations: Germany, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Malta, Cyprus, Hungary, Poland, Türkiye, Spain, France, Italy and Austria. We work with students from Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, Egypt, South Africa, Uganda, Zambia, Zimbabwe and Morocco. We lead with the affordable European routes rather than only the UK, the US, Canada and Australia, and we say which one fits your budget and grades.

We hold ICEF Agency Status, IAS ID 6093, which you can check yourself on the ICEF IAS Directory. British Council recognition is in progress and we will not claim it until it appears on that register. Verify any agent the same way: a credential that cannot be found on the issuing body's own public list does not exist.

We tell you, and we tell you why: grades, funds, a long gap since your last qualification, or a language requirement. The answer is often a different destination or a foundation route rather than no route, and sometimes it is to wait a year and apply with stronger funds. We would rather lose the case than send a file that will be refused.

Take the free two-minute eligibility check or message us on WhatsApp with your grades, your budget and where you want to study. A consultant gives you an honest assessment at no cost, and if you qualify we build the shortlist and start the applications. Begin early: language tests, attestation and bank history are the slow parts, not the form.
